Yara Avianna Emaree Woods

Yara Avianna Emaree Woods passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Yara was born on January 5, 2022 to Ta’Lesha Auriel Woods and Byron Scott. Yara was a loving child, whom everyone adored.  Her most beloved comfort item was her green toothbrush that she insisted accompanied her on all road trips. Her favorite snacks were Cheez-It and celery sticks. Her favorite book was "Grandma Loves Me 123." Her favorite television show was Coco Melon and Andy Griffith.  Her most favorite people were her grandmother (Geraldine); father (Bryon); cousins, Mazzy Ziegler and King Anderson, all of whom allowed her to completely get away with any and everything. 

In addition to her parents, Yara is survived by her grandparents Frederic and Geraldine Woods, her great-grandmother Marie Rogers, Aunts Frederica Woods, Felecia Woods, Brittaney Woods, Daisy McPhail, Monique Scott and Ashley Johnson, Uncles Damien Snowden, Turner Scott, Joshua Scott, Malando Ziegler, Marcus Farrell, Omar Johnson and Antonio Johnson, Great-Aunts Jacqueline Waters, Renee Cox, Katherine Snowden and Dawn Cotton, Great Uncles Fitzgerald Woods and Keith Snowden, her Godfather Teddric Boston, and several cousins.
