Yolanda F. Miara

Yolanda F. Miara 1923-2012 Yolanda F. Miara, 89, of Laurel, MD, formerly of District Heights, MD, died Saturday morning September 1, 2012 in the Laurel Regional Hospital. Born in Clarksburg, WVA she was a daughter of the late Anthony J. and Angioletta (Olmo) Fiora. She was married to Chester E. Miara who preceded her in death in 2006. They had been married for 53 years. She was employed by the Department of Defense as a civilian working at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC for many years prior to retirement. She was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Loving mother of Robert, Ronald, and Richard Miara; sister of Mafalda Rhule, Odenton, MD, Angeline Fiora, San Bruno,CA, Catherine Fiora, Bethesda,MD, Lillian Traver, Herndon,MD, Virginia Masse, Alexandria,VA and the late Jenny Pios, Seattle, WA.
